Executive Management
Marcos Moura, Chief Executive Officer
Marcos knows the daily operations of a franchise business. His family owned a Blimpie Subs restaurant, which he managed for four years.
His family moved to Brazil when he was a child, where they lived for 10 years before returning to the U.S.
Marcos served a Portuguese-speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Connecticut and Rhode Island, and attended the University of Evansville in Indiana as well as Pepperdine University.
He has experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, including serving as president of House, the Home Loan Store, as well as management positions for Countrywide and HSBC.
Jeff Putnam, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff's background includes management positions in finance, land acquisition and development for Walt Disney Imagineering, KB Home, Richmond American and Lennar Partners. He is experienced in negotiating complex deal structures, evaluating market opportunities and modeling strategic financial partnerships.
Jeff served a Spanish-speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Puerto Rico, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Brigham Young University.
Ou Lee, Chief Operating Officer
Ou was a partner with Marcos in House, the Home Loan Store, and has also held management positions for HSBC and Countrywide. He was born in Pham Rang, Vietnam and lived in Saudi Arabia for seven years.
His family then moved to Utah. He served on a Vietnamese and Korean speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Diego, California, and has attended Utah Valley State College.
